  • If you do not proceed to therapy: If you contact me to ask a question or arrange a free chat, but we decide not to move forward with therapy, all of your personal data, emails, text messages, and form submissions will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • If you do become a client: If we agree to work together, you will be provided with a separate, detailed Therapeutic Agreement. This document will explain how your therapeutic notes are kept, stored, and retained in accordance with professional insurance and Human Givens Institute guidelines.
