I'm a fully qualified Human Givens therapist working with adults, and my way of working is practical and straightforward. We won't get stuck endlessly digging through your past, and I won't talk at you in clinical language. Instead we'll look at what you actually need right now, and at what's getting in the way of you having it.

Where We Meet

• Consulting Rooms: In-person sessions in Aberystwyth and Bow Street.
• Walk & Talk Therapy: Outdoors in the local area.
• Online & Telephone: Secure sessions available.

Fees & Session Length

A standard session lasts 50 minutes* and costs £75. My aim is to keep the number of sessions to a minimum, but this will inevitably depend on the complexity of the issues.

Trust-Based Concessions: I hold two spaces per week for clients who cannot afford the standard fee. This is based entirely on trust—you decide what is genuinely affordable, and I will never ask for proof of income or bank statements. Please just mention it when you get in touch.
